All coaching packages are non-refundable. Outcomes are based on the efforts you put into owning your coaching journey and the actions you take, according to your bespoke coaching plan. Your coach routinely checks-in with you about your progress and challenges at each coaching session and adapts your plan accordingly, to optimise your success. Coaching sessions expire after 12 months, if not used as per your original plan.
