By purchasing, you agree that services provided by Epiphany Evolution Health LLC are strictly non-clinical coaching, are not a substitute for professional mental health therapy or medical advice, and do not diagnose or treat any disease, mental health disorder, or physical condition.

2. No Professional Substitute: You should not rely solely on this content or coaching. Do not use our services or information as a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional. 4. Entire Agreement: Full terms, absolute liability limits, session cancellations, and refund policies are detailed in your signed onboarding contract.

5.2 Confidentiality of Coaching Sessions: All information shared during coaching sessions is held in the strictest professional confidence, in accordance with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. We will not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data or session history to any third parties without your explicit written consent, unless required by a court of law.

5.3 Third-Party Processors: We utilize secure third-party platforms (including Paperbell and Stripe) to manage scheduling, client records, and credit card payments. Your financial data is securely encrypted by these providers and is never stored directly on our servers.
