    • The coaching session included in this package consists of 1 x 60-minute or a 1 x45 minute phone or zoom appointment.
    • The appointment time will be scheduled based on mutual availability and will be confirmed via email or phone.

  2. Package Includes:
    • The coaching session will offer a comprehensive discussion tailored to address your specific needs, focusing on challenges, goals, and strategies for your business.
    • The duration of the session will be 45 or 60 minutes, during which time we will delve into your business-related concerns and explore solutions.

  3. Post-Session Support:
    • Following the coaching session, you will receive a Follow Up Email Summary. This email will provide a detailed recap of our session, including key takeaways and action steps discussed.
    • Post-session support will also include Email Question & Answer, allowing you to seek additional guidance and clarification on topics discussed during the coaching session via email.

  4. Payment:
    • The payment for the coaching session package is due at the time of checkout.
    • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards or other payment options provided on the checkout page.

  5. Rescheduling and Cancellation:
    • If you need to reschedule the coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability.
    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, subject to our discretion.

  6. Confidentiality:
    • Any information shared during the coaching session will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
    • We will not disclose or share any personal or business-related information without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

  7. Disclaimer:
    • The coaching session is intended to provide guidance and support. However, the outcomes and results achieved are dependent on your commitment and efforts towards implementing the strategies discussed.
    • The coach is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences or losses arising from the coaching session or the implementation of any advice or strategies discussed.
