The Miracle Maker Matrix 90-Day Mastermind – Terms and Conditions

BY PAYING FOR A PROGRAM, COURSE, OR SERVICE EITHER IN PARTIAL OR IN FULL, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW:
You irrevocably agree to enter into this 90 Day Mastermind Agreement with Hilary Bee (dba astroloBEE LLC) and The Miracle Maker Matrix (the “Company” or “we/us”) Hilary Bee (the “Coach”). This Participant Agreement (the “Agreement”) automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Company, and applies to your participation in the program. By paying for this service, course, or program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.

Client Expectations:

Client understands that they are 100% responsible for their individual progress and results. Client understands that they are the one element over which Coach or Company has no control and therefore Client understands that their results are not guaranteed. Client commits to full participation in the Program and understands that nothing is guaranteed in business, and that the Coach will do her best work possible, but at the end of the day, it’s up to the client to do the work. You acknowledge that individual results may vary based on your personal efforts as well as other external factors. Hilary Bee and the Miracle Maker Matrix do not guarantee a particular outcome, and are not liable for any loss, damage or other expense which you may suffer as a result of using the services of Hilary Bee and the Miracle Maker Matrix.

Our commitment to you:

The Miracle Maker Matrix is an online group coaching program facilitated by Hilary Bee.  The Miracle Maker Matrix 90 Day Mastermind is a three month course conducted by way of:
Weekly group calls with individual cohorts – calls are recorded and sent as replays
  • Digital learning modules, accompanied by a coaching "guidebook", where individual mastermind members will complete exercises in preparation for group coaching (these learning modules, if facilitated live, will be recorded and distributed for replay and lifetime access to mastermind members) 
  • All mastermind members get to share wins and next steps at the start of each call as a check-in and to gain personal accountability
  • In our private Facebook group, all members get to share weekly challenges, ideas, and questions for additional support.

Enrollment and Commencement

We accept enrollments at any time prior to the commencement of the Program until sold out. Once the enrollment fee has been received on the terms below, you will receive an email from us. We will send you an official welcome email into the course, confirming that your application is complete.
You will not hear further from us until we send you the enrollment reminders for the digital content library and the weekly group coaching calls. However, after your acceptance into the course, you are welcome to contact Hilary via [email protected] with any questions you may have.

Your Commitment to Us

 The Miracle Maker Matrix 90 Day Mastermind requires a commitment of time, co-operation and participation.  The Miracle Maker Matrix 90 Day Mastermind runs for three months. It is our experience that to successfully complete the  The Miracle Maker Matrix 90 Day Mastermind, participants need to show up in the live calls for active participation; complete all the digital modules and learning activities; and utilize the group resources to get the support they require.
You acknowledge that undertaking the  The Miracle Maker Matrix 90 Day Mastermind may at times be personally challenging and you will not knowingly undertake the program if you believe that you will not respond well to personal conversations, personal growth and constructive feedback.
We record all group calls and by enrolling in  The Miracle Maker Matrix 90 Day Mastermind you consent to these recordings. The recordings are only made available to participants in the mastermind program.
It is highly recommended that you be on every call possible for your growth and learning.

Your Commitment to Each Other

You acknowledge that you are undertaking an adult learning process and that everyone has individual approaches to learning and participation. You acknowledge that there may be times when you or other participants will have a difference of opinion or values and that you will deal with those differences with dignity and respect for yourself and others.

Participation Requirements

Participants agree to participate in the  The Miracle Maker Matrix 90 Day Mastermind program (including the use of the Site or the Facebook group) in good faith and in a way so as to not bring disrepute or cause reputational or other damage to The Miracle Maker Matrix.
You agree that you will not upload or provide content on the Site or on the Facebook Group which is:
a) defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, intimidating, harassing, disrespectful, inappropriate, harmful, hateful, abusive, tortious, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, sexist, racist, homophobic, violent or degrading;
b) infringes the intellectual or other proprietary interests of third parties;
c) contains spam, chain letters, pyramid and other such selling and marketing schemes, computer viruses, computer code, files or programs or other harmful components that are designed to interrupt, destroy, change or limit the functionality of the Site or any other computer software, hardware or other electronic equipment, information which in any way impinges on another user’s use or enjoyment of the Site or otherwise breaches or encourages other users to breach these Terms and Conditions;
d) violates any law; or
e) encourages or incites any other person to engage in any of the above behavior;
Participants also agree that you will not :
  • Use technology or other means that is not authorized by the Owner to access the Site;
  • Use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” to access the Site;
  • Attempt to, or introduce viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that may interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Site or the Facebook Group;
  • Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or Facebook Page including the networks or user accounts; or
  • Attempt to or engage in conduct that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs the Site, Facebook Group, servers or networks.

Your Financial Commitment

All prices are displayed in USD.
In order to secure your commitment in the  The Miracle Maker Matrix 90 Day Mastermind program, we require a deposit be paid at the time of enrollment (see below payment details.)
For Paid In Full participants: the total financial commitment is a single lump sum payment of $6,000 (subject to change and/or increase at any time without notice), less any scholarship funds or discount offer  which may or may not be provided at the sole discretion of the Coach.   For Payment Plan participants: the total financial commitment is $7,180 broken up in no more than 3 payment installments, based on offers provided at the time of enrollment (subject to change and/or increase at any time without notice),  less any scholarship funds or discount offer which may or may not be provided at the sole discretion of the Coach.  
The Coach is under no obligation to offer any scholarship, discount, or otherwise reduced rate to any mastermind member, or to extend any such offer beyond its allotted and disclosed offer run time provided it is noted as a limited-time offer. 

Refunds and Cancellation

Because of the digital nature of our mastermind, there are no refunds under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

 The Miracle Maker Matrix and astroloBEE LLC retains the right to all intellectual property (whether registered or not) that is created by us and you agree not to disclose, sell or deal with our materials in any way other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Termination

This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of The Miracle Maker Matrix 90 Day Mastermind program. This agreement will be terminated without notice if you fail to pay any amounts owing by the due date. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if a breach of the terms occurs. We also reserve the right to terminate this agreement in the unfortunate event that we become unable to provide the services requested, in which case all monies paid for work not undertaken will be refunded.
If your agreement is terminated you will no longer have access to the Site or the Facebook group. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to the material provided to you, payment obligations, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities contained in these terms and conditions will survive termination.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida under US code.

Warranties and Indemnities

We do not warrant that the Website or Facebook group will be uninterrupted or error free or that the Site, its content or the server are free of viruses or other harmful components. astroloBEE LLC and The Miracle Maker Matrix 90 Day Mastermind maintains current anti-virus software; however, to the extent provided by law, we do not guarantee against third party interference or that the Website or its content will be compatible with third party software or hardware.  astroloBEE LLC and The Miracle Maker Matrix 90 Day Mastermind is not liable for any default due to an act of God, war, terrorism, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, storm or other event beyond the Owner’s reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify the program, its partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, employees and agents for any claim arising directly or indirectly from your acts and omissions in using the Site and Facebook group pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
You acknowledge that while you will be receiving training and coaching relative to life skills, advancement and personal growth, you will not hold astroloBEE LLC and The Miracle Maker Matrix responsible for anything related to your personal life and career or business success or otherwise, including if you are profiled on a website or testimonial for either astroloBEE LLC or The Miracle Maker Matrix.
