These terms govern your use of our services, including but not limited to consulting packages, downloadable materials, and coaching sessions provided through Paperbell.
2. Service Description
Lynnsight Solutions offers consulting services focused on business process optimization, data analytics, and operational efficiency for small to mid-sized businesses. Services include, but are not limited to, digital tools, templates, guides (e.g., the 10-Minute Daily Business Audit), and coaching sessions (e.g., Balance & Boost Blueprint).
3. Payment and Pricing
- All paid packages are listed at the prices displayed on our Paperbell platform.
- Prices are subject to change at our discretion, and you will be notified of any changes prior to purchase.
- Payment must be made through the approved payment channels provided on Paperbell.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- For scheduled coaching sessions and consults, you may cancel or reschedule by logging into your Paperbell account.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session.
- In the event of a cancellation by Lynnsight Solutions, a reschedule or credit towards a future service will be offered.
5. Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not offer direct refunds for digital products or coaching sessions.
- If you are not satisfied with a purchased service, you may be eligible for a credit towards other products or services offered by Lynnsight Solutions, at our sole discretion.
- Any credit provided will not exceed the value of the original purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided by Lynnsight Solutions, including documents, guides, templates, and digital tools, are the intellectual property of Lynnsight Solutions and are protected under copyright laws.
- You may use these materials for your internal business operations only. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of any materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
- Lynnsight Solutions will treat all information provided by you with strict confidentiality.
- Similarly, you agree not to disclose proprietary methods, strategies, or materials received during the course of our services to third parties without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our services are provided “as is” and without any warranty, either express or implied.
- Lynnsight Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability in any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lynnsight Solutions and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
