Coaching Commitment
  • Your commitment is essential for achieving the desired transformation. Coaching requires active participation, reflection, and implementation of strategies discussed.
Payment Terms
  • Payments are processed automatically via Paperbell.
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of coaching sessions until payment is received.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
  • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without proper notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
  • If I need to reschedule due to an emergency, you will be notified as soon as possible, and the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Refund Policy
  • Due to the nature of coaching and the commitment involved, no refunds are offered for completed sessions or packages already in progress.
  • If you wish to discontinue the program, you may cancel future payments, but sessions already paid for will not be refunded.
Telegram Support
  • Telegram support is provided for brief check-ins, accountability, and quick questions. Response times may vary but will typically be within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Telegram support is not a replacement for sessions; deeper discussions will be reserved for your scheduled coaching calls.
Confidentiality
  • All coaching conversations are confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
Client Responsibilities
  • Coaching is a collaborative process. Results are dependent on your willingness to engage fully and take action.
  • As your coach, I provide guidance, tools, and accountability, but ultimate responsibility for outcomes lies with you.

  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health services. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, I encourage you to seek support from a licensed professional.
Termination of Agreement
  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. If terminated, any remaining unused sessions will not be refunded but can be scheduled within the original package timeframe.
