This coaching partnership is grounded in mutual respect for your time, your intentions, and the process we’ll engage in together. To help us begin with clarity, please review the following terms and conditions:

Subscription fees, billing details, and any applied discounts are confirmed at checkout and reflected in your receipt.
Unused sessions expire six (6) months after purchase and do not roll over indefinitely.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed or no-show appointments are not credited or rescheduled.
All session scheduling and rescheduling is completed through the Paperbell platform.
Questions related to billing or scheduling should be sent via email.
