Policies and Procedures:

• Usage: Services must be used within 2 years of purchase.
• Rescheduling: Provide 48 hours' notice to reschedule via email. Rescheduling must be processed through Paperbell and completed within 2 weeks.
• No-shows: Missed sessions without notification will not be credited or rescheduled.
• Tardiness: Late arrival may shorten your session. Notify me via email if you expect to be late.
• Communication: All communication regarding billing or scheduling must be conducted via email.

• Payments: All payments are processed through Paperbell prior to session bookings.
• Refunds: No refunds once sessions are purchased. We recommend a free "Discovery Session" to ensure compatibility before purchase.
