Coaching Clients
Missed calls & late calls: If you must change an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. If you miss or reschedule an appointment without giving 24 hours notice, you will forfeit that session/time. Please be on time for all scheduled appointments. If, for any reason, you must be late, please let me know that ahead of time. If you call late without prior notice, you will forfeit that time.
Speaking Circles Attendees
Cancellations: If you cannot attend a Circle you have signed up for, please give at least 48 hours notice. If your seat can be filled, then you are eligible to sign up for a substitute Circle. If your seat cannot be filled or you give less than 48 hours notice, you will forfeit the tuition for that Circle.
The Art of the Trip Home: Workshop Terms
- If you need to cancel: cancel up to 3 days before the workshop for a full refund, or transfer your place to a future workshop.
- Within 3 days of the workshop: no refunds, but you may transfer your place to a future workshop once.
- If you miss the workshop: you’ll receive the recording of the whole-group portions.
- If the group doesn’t fill: the workshop runs with at least 4 participants. If fewer register, you’ll be offered a full refund or a place in a future workshop.
- Trip Home Companion session: to be used within 2 months of the workshop. It is non-refundable once the workshop has taken place.
