1. Nature of Service
All consultations and materials provided are for general nutrition education and wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. The services are designed for healthy individuals who wish to learn about balanced eating and healthy-lifestyle habits.
2. Professional Scope
I am a licensed dietitian in Lithuania, registered to practice under Lithuanian law. My services are provided within the professional and legal framework of the Republic of Lithuania. I do not prescribe medication or medical treatment. Clients from other countries acknowledge that my practice is regulated solely by Lithuanian law.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Consultations do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider. Clients are encouraged to consult their physician regarding any medical concerns or before making significant changes to diet, supplements, or medications.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health, lifestyle, and goals. Results may vary depending on individual commitment and circumstances.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal and health-related information shared during consultations is treated as confidential and protected according to Lithuanian and EU data-protection laws (GDPR).
6. Payments, Booking Platform & Cancellation
- Payments for services are processed via Paperbell.
- Once a service package is purchased and confirmed, the booking and scheduling shall proceed.
- Paperbell’s platform allows package purchase and scheduling; according to Paperbell’s policies, clients may cancel subscriptions or recurring billing via the platform or by contacting support.

Paperbell+2 - Refunds: According to Paperbell’s policy, a full refund of the first payment may be requested within 30 days of purchase. After this 30-day period, payments are typically non-refundable.
Paperbell - My policy: In line with the above platform policy, refunds will only be considered for the first payment if requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds will not be granted.
- Cancellation of service sessions: If a booked consultation is cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours — I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or forfeit that session.
- If I must cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide alternative times or a refund for the cancelled session.
7. Limitation of Liability
By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily, and that the dietitian is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of the information provided.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved under Lithuanian jurisdiction.
