Mentoring Terms and Conditions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of all mentoring services ("Services") provided by LifeWork Mentor ("Mentor") to the client ("Client").

1.2 By engaging in the Services, the Client agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2.1 The Mentor agrees to provide life mentoring sessions as agreed upon with the Client.

2.2 The nature and scope of the Services will be determined by mutual agreement and may be adjusted as needed.

3.1 The Client agrees to pay the fees for the Services as outlined in the invoice provided by the Mentor.

3.2 Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 All fees are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellations made by the Mentor.

4.1 The Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Failure to do so will result in the full fee being charged for the missed session.

4.2 The Mentor reserves the right to reschedule sessions with appropriate notice to the Client.

5.1 The Mentor will maintain the confidentiality of all communications with the Client, except as required by law or as consented to by the Client.

5.2 The Client agrees not to disclose any information provided during the coaching sessions without the Mentor’s prior written consent.

6.1 The Client acknowledges that Mentoring is not therapy, counselling or any other type of medical or psychological service.

6.2 The Mentor makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, about the results of the Services.

6.3 The Mentor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the Client's use of the Services.

7.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

7.2 Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
