Terms and Conditions for Coaching Services
- Coaching Relationship:
- Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support your personal and professional growth. It is not therapy, counseling, or any form of medical advice.
- Confidentiality:
- All information shared during coaching sessions will remain strictly confidential, except as required by law (e.g., harm to self or others).
- Commitment:
- Coaching requires commitment from both the coach and the client. To achieve results, you agree to fully engage in the process, complete assignments, and communicate openly.
- Scheduling:
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Any rescheduling or cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
- Payment Terms:
- Payment for coaching packages or individual sessions must be made in advance. Refunds are not provided for unused sessions, except under special circumstances at the coach's discretion.
- Session Duration and Format:
- Sessions are conducted via phone or video conferencing, as agreed upon. Each session typically lasts 30 to 60 minutes.
- Results Disclaimer:
- Coaching outcomes depend on your efforts and actions. While your coach will provide guidance and support, results cannot be guaranteed.
- Termination:
- Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. Refunds for prepaid sessions will be at the coach’s discretion based on services already rendered.
- Communication:
- Between-session communication (e.g., via email or Marco Polo) is available on specified days, as agreed upon in your package. Responses will be provided during normal business hours.
- Ethical Standards:
- The coaching process adheres to ethical guidelines to ensure professionalism, respect, and integrity.
