Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any of our coaching packages.

1. Payment and Fees:
   - Full payment for the selected package is required at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan is selected.
   - All fees are non-refundable. I stand behind my services and offer a satisfaction guarantee. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
   - Package pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

2. Scheduling and Attendance:
   - Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
   - If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of that session.
   - Attendance and active participation are essential for achieving desired results. 

3. Confidentiality:
   - All information shared during the coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or to protect against imminent harm.
   - Recordings of sessions are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from both parties.

4. Disclaimer:
   - While I strive to provide high-quality coaching services, I cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.
   - The coaching sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. If you require such advice, please consult with a qualified professional.

5. Intellectual Property:
   - All materials, resources, and content provided during the coaching sessions are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Trailblazer Divorce Coaching, LLC.
   - You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

6. Amendments:
   - I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   - Your continued use of my services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
