1. Coaching Services

1.1. The coaching services provided are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or medical treatment.

1.2. The coaching sessions will be conducted via [Zoom/In-person] as agreed upon between the coach and the client.

1.3. The coach will use their best efforts to help the client achieve their goals, but the client understands that results are not guaranteed.

2. Fees and Payments

2.1. The client agrees to pay the coaching fees as outlined on the checkout page or as agreed upon with the coach.

2.2. Payment is due in full before coaching services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

3.1. The client agrees to schedule coaching sessions in advance and to notify the coach at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a session.

3.2. Failure to provide 24-hour notice of cancellation may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

3.3. The coach reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with at least 24 hours' notice.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

4.2. The client understands that coaching is not protected by doctor-patient, attorney-client, or therapist-patient privilege.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the coaching services.

5.2. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the coach from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or relating to the coaching services.

6. Governing Law

6.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

7. Modification of Terms

7.1. The coach reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
