PAYMENTS ON PROGRAMS You are responsible to pay the full amount of the price you originally agreed to pay for
any program you purchase, regardless of if you leave the program, do not complete it in the time-frame provided, or
don’t use the container at all. If you were not able to pay in full for a program and require a payment plan, you are still

MONTHLY MENTAL WELLNESS If you join the Monthly Mental Wellness membership, you must cancel 14 days
before your billing date to not be charged for the following month. Should you cancel during this time frame, no
further payments will be due. If you cancel after the 7-day mark, the one-month fee will be the final charge. All
memberships will be automatically renewed on the date of purchase each year unless notification is received 7
business days prior to that date.
