CoachingTerms:
- Coaching sessions occur over ZOOM.
- Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours, the first time will be subject to a 50% charge - any subsequent cancellations within 24 hours will incur full payment
- You will be entitled to a 15 minute grace period at the start of every session (which will decrease the time of our session by 15 mins.) If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will assume the appointment is canceled and you will be subject to the cancellation policy above.
- Sessions must used within one year of purchase.
- Fees are payable prior to, or at the end of each coaching session.
- All conversations and information with me will be kept private and confidential.
- No personal information will be shared with anyone without your express permission. Exceptions may be made if there is threat of serious injury to oneself or someone else.
