Terms and Conditions for Spiritual Coaching Sessions:

  1. Confidentiality: All information shared during the coaching sessions, including personal experiences, beliefs, and goals, will be kept strictly confidential.
  2. Professionalism: The coach commits to providing a supportive, non-judgmental, and professional environment for the client to explore their spiritual journey and personal growth.
  3. Scope of Practice: The coaching sessions are intended to provide guidance, support, and encouragement on matters related to spirituality, personal development, and inner exploration. The coach does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, and clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional assistance for such matters.
  4. Payment and Cancellation: Payment for coaching sessions is due prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  5. Responsibility: The client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own choices, actions, and outcomes, both during and outside of coaching sessions. The coach serves as a guide and facilitator, but ultimate responsibility for personal growth and decision-making lies with the client.
  6. Code of Ethics: The coach adheres to a strict code of ethics, including maintaining confidentiality, acting in the best interests of the client, and respecting the client's autonomy and personal beliefs.
  7. Feedback and Testimonials: With the client's consent, the coach may request feedback or testimonials for use in marketing or promotional materials. Client identities will be kept anonymous unless explicit permission is given for disclosure.
  8. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, for any reason, with written notice. In the event of termination, any prepaid fees for unused sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
By engaging in coaching sessions, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they have read, understood, and consented to the practices outlined herein
