Kaia Integration offers coaching and integration support services. Clients are solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship and interactions with Kaia Integration. Kaia Integration is not and will not be liable for any actions or inactions or for any direct or indirect results of any services provided. Coaching is not therapy and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

B. Clients acknowledge that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of their life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. Deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles, and implement choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.

C. Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice. Clients should seek such guidance as needed and, if under the care of a mental health professional, inform them of the coaching relationship.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Kaia Integration  is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services. We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details that you provide through forms or transactions. Additionally, we may collect non-personal information such as browser type, IP address, device details, and usage data to analyze and enhance the Site and Services. Your information may be used to manage and improve our Services, process payments, communicate updates or promotions, and comply with legal obligations. The coaching relationship, as well as all information shared by the Client with Kaia Integration, is bound by principles of confidentiality. However, this relationship is not legally confidential and communications are not subject to legally recognized privilege. Kaia Integration agrees not to disclose any information without the Client’s written consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

Kaia Integration shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Kaia Integration makes no guarantees or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the services. In no event shall Kaia Integration’s liability exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the services rendered up to the termination date.

Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed times. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to provide sufficient notice or attend a scheduled session may result in a charge for the missed session. Kaia Integration will attempt in good faith to reschedule missed sessions. Coaching sessions are non-refundable once provided.

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, Kaia Integration and the Client agree to attempt mediation in good faith for up to 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, the prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and court costs.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
