The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the Sota Sistas Collective and Ordered Soul LLC programs, which include the Blast Burnout and Impact Memberships. By enrolling, you agree to abide by these terms. 

1. Eligibility 
Participants must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal contract. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 

2. Program Scope 
  • Blast Burnout membership includes online group or one-on-one coaching, workshops, and access to various resources as outlined in your specific package.
  • Impact Memberships include access to community events, workshops, marketing and business resources, coaching calls, and other benefits as described in your selected tier.

The specific details of what is included in each program or membership are described on the Ordered Soul and Sota Sistas Collective websites and may evolve to serve participants best.
 
3. Payments & Cancellations
 
  • Payments for programs and memberships are due based on the schedule selected at enrollment (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as applicable).
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Participants may cancel recurring memberships at any time, and access will remain until the end of the current billing period.

4. Confidentiality & Personal Responsibility
 
  • All information shared during coaching or group sessions will be treated as confidential, except in cases where there is a legal obligation to disclose (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).
  • The programs are designed solely for educational and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial counsel. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

5. Intellectual Property
 
All materials provided through Blast Burnout or Impact memberships are the intellectual property of Ordered Soul LLC and Sota Sistas Collective LLC and are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of these materials without express written permission is prohibited.

6. Program & Terms Modifications

Sota Sistas Collective reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue program content or membership offerings at any time. Terms and conditions may also be updated, and participants will be notified of any material changes.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Minnesota, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws.
 
8. Acknowledgment
 
By enrolling in any with Ordered Soul LLC or Sota Sistas Collective LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
