Service Description
Coaching sessions are personalized and designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. Our approach integrates Co-Active coaching methodologies and includes experiential techniques such as mindfulness, transformational breathwork, and Positive Intelligence.

Communication
For the best and quickest response, please use Slack for communication. Email and LinkedIn messaging are also available but may have slower response times.

Payment
Payment is required in advance for all coaching sessions. This ensures your commitment and secures your scheduled time slots.

Unused Sessions
There are no refunds for unused sessions. However, any unused sessions can be utilized for up to two months beyond the original package duration (e.g., sessions in a 6-month program can be extended to 8 months). This policy acknowledges that life happens and you should not be penalized for it.

Refunds
Once enrolled in any coaching package, all payments made are final. If you are on a payment plan, you commit to completing all payments for the full duration of the package. Refunds are not available, ensuring the commitment and integrity of the coaching process.

Client Expectations
Clients are expected to:
  • Attend all scheduled sessions on time.
  • Complete any preparation work or growth assignments between sessions.
  • Communicate any changes or cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Engage actively and honestly in the coaching process.

Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to any third parties without explicit consent from the client.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being counted as completed. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Behavior Expectations
Clients participating in group programs or online forums must adhere to respectful communication, avoiding spam, hate speech, and maintaining confidentiality.

Late Fees and Payment Issues
Late fees may apply for delayed payments. If a payment is rejected or a charge-back occurs, services will be suspended until the issue is resolved.

  • By purchasing services, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through mediation and arbitration.
