Completed sessions are non refundable. If cancelled at least 48 hours before the session start a full refund is available.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to a session it will be considered a no-show and the session will be cancelled and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is only permitted for a session at least 48 hours prior to the session start.
