CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
Entered into on [Date of Purchase].
For the provision of coaching services via virtual sessions.

Parties:
Suzette Garcia, known as "Provider,"
and 
The individual who purchases the coaching package, referred to as "Client."
*Collectively, the Provider and Client will be referred to as the "Parties."

PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
Client wishes to hire Provider for coaching services, as detailed in this Agreement, and Provider has agreed to provide these services according to the terms set forth below.

TERMS
Services
Provider will deliver comprehensive life coaching services designed to support the Client in achieving their personal and professional goals. These services include one-on-one coaching sessions, personalized action plans, ongoing support, accountability checks, and access to exclusive tools and resources.
Location & Delivery of Services
  • Location: All coaching services will be delivered virtually via Zoom, providing flexibility and convenience for both Provider and Client.
  • Timeline: Coaching services will be provided over 16 weeks from the date of the first session. Sessions will be scheduled at mutually convenient times.
Cost, Fees, and Payment
  • Total Cost: The total cost of the coaching package will vary depending on the selected program and duration. Specific pricing details are provided for each package option.
  • Payment Options: The Client may choose to pay in full at the time of booking, receiving a discount on the total cost, or opt for a monthly installment plan at regular price. 
    • Discounts and installment amounts are outlined in the package-specific pricing details. 
    • Please note, discounts are not applicable to all packages.

CONTRACT VALIDITY
By purchasing the coaching package, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this contract. Payment serves as the Client's electronic signature and acceptance of these terms. Once payment is received, the contract is considered valid, and the Provider will confirm the service start date and provide necessary details for the first session.

PRIVACY AGREEMENT
Provider ensures the utmost confidentiality of all coaching sessions and information shared. Client's personal information will be protected and handled with care.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Client acknowledges that life coaching is a process involving various aspects of life, including work, finances, and relationships. The Client assumes responsibility for decisions made and actions taken based on the coaching process, and the Provider is not liable for any outcomes resulting from these decisions.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND NO-SHOW POLICY
  • Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend a session without notice, may result in the Client being responsible for the session’s full cost. This policy respects both parties’ time.
  • Completion Requirement: All sessions must be completed within the 16-week period. If necessary, efforts will be made to reschedule within a 4-week extended timeframe.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are granted at Provider's discretion, based on the percentage of services already provided. Refunds consider the commitment made and services delivered.
  • Extenuating Circumstances: In exceptional cases, such as illness or emergencies, the Provider may extend the 16-week period to accommodate the Client.

IMPOSSIBILITY
If unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, prevent the delivery of services, either party may terminate or suspend the Agreement, with prompt notice to the other party.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Provider operates.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties, superseding all previous discussions, agreements, and understandings. Any changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
