By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your booking.


1. Appointment Booking

1.1. You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, including your name, contact details, and personal information.

1.2. Your appointment is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message from us. Please ensure you receive this confirmation.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours but preferably 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees.

2.2. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

2.3. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) may result in the full appointment fee being charged.


3. Rescheduling

3.1. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time without penalty.

3.2. Rescheduling requests made after the allowed period may be treated as a cancellation, and fees may apply as per our cancellation policy.


4. Late Arrivals

4.1. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, it might not be possible to extend your session or provide the full service.

4.2. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be classed as a no-show and the relevant charges may apply.


5. What the appointment consists of

5.1. The appointment consists mainly of a combination of homeopathy, kinesiology and EFT with an addition bio-energetical health scans when needed. Part of the session will include testing of a number of relevant tools such as nutritional supplements, herbs, flower essences and homeobotanicals.

5.2. The session will be unique to you depending on your needs, to help alleviate your symptoms and to bring you back to health.

5.3. In order to get the most out of the appointment any advice/recommendations given should be actioned between sessions. These can be diet changes, exercise, sleep, anything that can contribute to your general wellbeing.


6. Homeopathy

6.1. Homeopathic remedies, when correctly chosen, clearly work—but not in the way that drugs do (through chemical actions that affect the body processes). Potentised remedies can work deeply and specifically to stimulate the body to heal itself more efficiently and as such are completely safe to use. 

6.2. The time scale for this will depend on a number of factors, for instance how long you’ve had it, how severe it is, your commitment to the sessions. Progress can be steady, can plateau and sometimes old symptoms may reappear, which can be seen as the body moving into the right direction. 

6.3. If at any point you have concerns please feel free to contact me and discuss any concerns.


7. Withdrawing Medication

7.1. Many patients come with a list of pharmaceutical drugs they would like to stop taking.  It is the policy of complementary therapists that you must consult with your GP before withdrawing any medication and should never suddenly stop taking medication without at least ensuring it is safe to do so. 

7.2.You should contact your GP or Casualty Department for medical emergencies.


8. My commitment to you

8.1. I will be working with you to achieve your health goals. I will be professional, non judgemental, honest and supportive. 

8.2. I will provide a safe environment so that anything can be discussed which will be entirely confidential, unless where I’m legally compelled to disclose.

8.3. You can contact me if you have concerns or queries via email on weekdays and I will get back to you as soon as I’m available.


9. Client Conduct

9.1. Approach your appointment with the priority you deserve, arrive on time so you can benefit from the full session, see this as a time to concentrate on yourself. 

9.2. I ask that you are honest with me and also yourself, to help get the most out of the session. 

9.3. Take from the appointment all the advice, remedies, supplements etc and action them accordingly. 


10. Payment Terms

10.1. Payment is made at the booking stage through Paperbell or via BACs after the appointment.

10.2. There are different payment methods depending on the service required, check when booking that you are happy with the payment schedule.

10.3. Failure to pay for services rendered may result in the refusal of future appointments.


11. Refund Policy

11.1. I do not offer refunds for completed services unless otherwise stated.

11.2. Refunds for prepaid appointments cancelled within the allowed cancellation period will be actioned, unless it is part of a package (see point 11.3)

11.3. Refunds will not be actioned if part of a package where the appointment wasn’t taken within the allotted time scale stated in the contract.


12. Confidentiality

12.1 I work one to one with the patient, unless they are 16 years and under where a parent or guardian is present. Anything said in the appointment is confidential and won’t be discussed outside of it unless consenting or I’m obliged to by law. 


13. Liability

13.1. I will not hold Belinda liable in any way for my health issues and understand they accept no liability.  As such, I acknowledge that it is my right and responsibility, at any time throughout my treatment with Belinda, to seek medical advice and diagnosis, if so desired, from a medical doctor, for any present and/or future condition(s).

13.2 As a registered member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (ARH) and the Association of Systematic Kinesiologists (ASK), I uphold the highest standards of care and ethics, ensuring that you receive the best possible treatment in a safe and supportive environment.
