Terms & Conditions 
1. Payment & Booking 
  • All sessions and workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Your session is confirmed only after payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
 
  • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • For workshops, cancellations must be made 7 days before the scheduled date due to preparation and shipping of materials.

3. Late Attendance
 
  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. Collage Kit Shipping
 
  • Collage kits are shipped to the mailing address you provide.
  • Please double-check your address; replacements for incorrect addresses may incur an additional fee.
  • International shipping (if offered) may require additional time or cost.

5. No Therapeutic or Medical Claims
 
  • Coaching and collage workshops are not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care.
  • By booking, you acknowledge that all coaching is for personal growth, self-reflection, and empowerment.

6. Client Responsibility
 
  • You agree to participate fully, honor your own boundaries, and seek additional professional support if needed.
  • Coaching results vary based on your engagement and the effort you invest.

7. Confidentiality
 
  • All personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential, except in situations where disclosure is required by law.

8. No Guarantees
 
  • Coaching offers tools, guidance, and support, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property
 
  • All materials, worksheets, and creative frameworks provided remain the property of the coach and may not be reproduced, sold, or shared.

10. Agreement
 
  • By purchasing or booking a session/workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
