Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your understanding of my 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full and are non-refundable. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show.
Rescheduling Guidelines
- Single 1:1 Appointments: You may reschedule directly through the Paperbell Client Portal.
- 3-Month Deep Dive Clients: Please contact me directly via email to reschedule.
If you are registered for a group workshop, please refer to the specific cancellation terms outlined for that program.
