1. Before We Begin


I’m excited to partner with you on your coaching journey! Clear agreements ensure clarity, collaboration, and results.


✨ Our Partnership – Coaching is a collaborative process. I provide reflection, insights, feedback, and accountability. You provide honesty, commitment, and action.


🗓 Scheduling – Sessions must be used within your package dates. You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed or late sessions without notice are forfeited.


💳 Payments – All coaching packages are non-refundable. Payment in full is required, whether upfront or on a payment plan.


🤫 Confidentiality – What we discuss stays private unless required by law.


⚖️ Professional Disclaimer – I am not a therapist, lawyer, financial advisor, or medical professional. Coaching supports growth but is not a substitute for professional advice.


🌱 Results – Outcomes depend on your effort, commitment, and circumstances. Coaching cannot guarantee specific results.


2. Full Terms & Conditions


2.1 Coaching Relationship

  • Coaching is a collaborative process supporting personal and professional development.
  • I serve as your strategic thought partner, providing reflection, feedback, and accountability.
  • You agree to participate fully, communicate honestly, and take responsibility for your choices and actions.


2.2 Commitment Period & Scheduling

  • Your coaching package begins and ends on the dates outlined in your purchase confirmation (“Commitment Period”).
  • All sessions must be used within this period; unused sessions cannot be carried over.
  • Sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed or late sessions without proper notice are forfeited.
  • Once the program has begun, you cannot cancel or terminate the program, and all fees remain fully payable.


2.3 Payments & Refunds

  • By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to pay the full fee, whether in a one-time payment or installment plan.
  • No refunds are available once the program begins.
  • All payments are processed securely via Paperbell or agreed payment method.


2.4 Consumer Withdrawal Rights

  • Austrian consumer law allows a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract conclusion.
  • If you request that coaching starts immediately, you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal for sessions already delivered.

2.5 Confidentiality

  • All information you share will remain confidential unless disclosure is legally required.
  • You agree to respect confidentiality and privacy in group or shared coaching settings.


2.6 Expectations & Professional Conduct

  • Coaching is designed to be positive, productive, and supportive.
  • I may suspend or terminate participation if a client engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior.


2.7 No Guarantees

  • Coaching supports growth, but outcomes vary depending on your effort, background, and circumstances.
  • I cannot guarantee specific results.


2.8 Disclaimer

  • Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice.
  • You are responsible for consulting appropriate professionals where required.


2.9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Austrian law governs these Terms & Conditions.
  • Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of St. Pölten, Austria.


2.10 Force Majeure

  • Neither party is liable for interruptions beyond their control (e.g., illness, natural disasters, technical outages).


2.11 Entire Agreement

  • These Terms & Conditions represent the full understanding between the Client and the Coach and override any previous agreements.


Acknowledgment

By purchasing a coaching package, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including that once the coaching program begins, I cannot cancel or terminate the program and all fees remain fully payable.
