These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online Mentoring Workshops offered through this website and video provider.  The term "Mentor" refers to the leader of the Workshops.  The term "Mentee" refers to the participants.  The term "Workshops" refers to all packages offered, in whole or in part.  By purchasing and participating in our Mentoring Workshops, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1.  Services Provided  We offer online video mentoring services through scheduled workshops.  The details of each workshop package, including the duration, frequency, and topics covered, will be provided at the time of booking.
2.  Booking and Payment  All bookings must be made through the Paperbell platform.  Full payment is required at the time of booking.  Payment is non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by the provider or technical issues on our end.
3.  Cancellations and Rescheduling  Clients may cancel a package up to 48 hours before the start of the workshop minus any applicable servicing costs.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of a session will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at a later date for future offerings.  If you miss any part of a session, no refund or reschedule will be offered.  However, video replay may be made available for a stipulated period of time, but not guaranteed.  We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, and in such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an alternative date or a refund.
4.  Permission to Record  Mentor may request to record select Workshop sessions on a case by case basis, but permission is not required by the participating Mentees.  If select Workshop sessions will definitely be recorded and made available for a prescribed period of time, it will be noted at the Workshop session description prior to booking.
5.  Group Workshop Etiquette  All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards each other and the Mentor.  Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of continued Workshop participation on the part of the disruptive Mentee without a refund at the discretion of the Mentor.  To ensure a positive experience, all participants should join each Workshop session on camera and on time, suggesting 2-3 minutes early, and in a suitable environment, free from distractions.
6.  Technology Requirements  Mentees are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate technology (e.g., a stable internet connection, video conferencing software, functioning camera and microphone) to participate in each Workshop session.  We are not responsible for technical difficulties on the Mentee's side.  If technical issues arise during a Session, we may offer to provide a video recording at our discretion.
7.  Confidentiality and Privacy  All discussions during the Mentoring Workshop Sessions are confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the consent of participants.  However, we reserve the right to share anonymized feedback or testimonials for marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the Mentee.  Mentees understand that participation in a group Workshop Session includes the sharing of information, personal and otherwise as desired, with other Mentees and the Mentor.
8.  Intellectual Property  All materials provided during Mentoring Workshop Sessions, including recordings (if applicable), handouts, and resources, are for the personal use of the Mentee only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
9.  Liability  Our Mentoring Workshop sessions are designed to provide guidance, education, and support.  Mentor's recommendations are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, nor is the information provided intended to replace consultation with a qualified physician or other healthcare providers.  All participants must rely on the advice of their own medical providers.  Participation in Workshop Sessions shall not constitute the establishment of a physician/patient or clinical relationship with any individual.  Please consult your physician before starting any new diet program or plan. Any medical/health information shared by Mentor or any other Mentee must only be regarded as anecdotal.   Results are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for any decisions or outcomes resulting from participation in our Workshop sessions.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or in connection with the use of our services.
10.  Governing Law  These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
11.  Amendments  We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.  Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
