Booking Policy for Equine Facilitated Sessions
Thank you for choosing to participate in our equine facilitated sessions. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, we have outlined the following booking and cancellation policies. By booking a session with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Booking Process
  • All equine facilitated sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system, via phone, or in person.
  • A confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by email or text once the session has been scheduled.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If booking for a group or multiple sessions, a deposit may be required to secure your spot.

2. Session Duration
  • Duration of sessions will vary according to the package booked.  It's important to arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit  of the session.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but the full session fee will still apply.

3. Payment Terms
  • Payments can be made via  debit/credit card or bank transfer.
  • Full payment must be received [insert payment deadline, e.g., at least 24/48 hours] prior to the scheduled session.
  • For group bookings or special programs, a deposit of 35% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due before the first session.

4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session. To accommodate this, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations Made More Than 4 Weeks in Advance:
    • Full refund or option to reschedule to a future date, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations Made Between 2 and 3 Weeks  Before the Session:
    • A 50% cancellation fee will be applied. The remaining 50% can be refunded or used to reschedule a session.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than  One Week  Before the Session:
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session. The full session fee will be charged.
    • No-Shows: 
    • If you do not show up for your scheduled session without notice, you will be charged the full session fee, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Exceptions:
    • In the event of a medical emergency, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to reschedule your session at no additional cost.

5. Rescheduling Policy
  • You may reschedule your session up to one week before the session start time without incurring a fee, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within 24 to 48 hours of the session will incur a 25% rescheduling fee.
  • No rescheduling is permitted within 24 hours of the session.

6. Group Sessions or Events
  • Special terms may apply to group sessions or events. Please contact us directly for group booking policies, as larger groups may have different cancellation and deposit requirements.
  • For group bookings, cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of any deposit made.

7. Health and Safety Requirements
  • Clients must wear appropriate attire, including sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, for their own safety and comfort.
  • All participants must complete and sign a disclaimer form prior to the start of the session.
  • If you have any health conditions, injuries, or special requirements, please inform us prior to your session.

8. Session Modifications or Cancellations by the Provider
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel sessions due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of provider cancellation, clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

9. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are only issued in accordance with the cancellation policy.
  • Any refunds due will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation.
