Terms and Conditions for Balanced Bliss Coaching Package

1. Overview
By purchasing the Balanced Bliss: Time Management for the Faith-Filled Mom package, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all coaching services provided by Flourishing With Purpose , including  payment,  and cancellation policies.

2. Payment Policy
  • The total cost of the package is $497.00.
  • Payment can be made in full or through a flexible installment plan (two payments of $260.00).
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, and you authorize Flourishing With Purpose to charge the card or payment method provided at checkout.

3. Installment Plan
  • If you choose the installment plan, the first payment of $260.00  is due at the time of purchase.
  • The second payment will be due prior to the 3rd session.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that funds are available for each payment. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of coaching sessions until payment is made.

4. Coaching Sessions
  • The package includes 5 personalized coaching sessions.
  • Sessions must be scheduled within 3 months of purchase.
  • Any unused sessions after this period will expire, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited.
  • If  Flourishing With Purpose needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new time.

6. Refund Policy
  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for the Balanced Bliss: Time Management for the Faith-Filled Mom coaching package, except in cases where services have not been delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
  • If you are on an installment plan and decide to cancel, you are still responsible for completing all remaining payments.

7. Termination of Services
  • Flourishing With Purpose reserves the right to terminate services if any of the terms are violated. This includes missed payments or failure to comply with session guidelines.
  • In such cases, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

8. Privacy Policy
  • We respect your privacy. Your personal information, including payment details, will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing the coaching services.
  • We will not share your information with third parties, except as required to process your payment or as required by law.

9. Disclaimer
  • The coaching services provided are meant for guidance and educational purposes. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, or psychological advice.
  • By purchasing this package, you acknowledge that the results of the coaching depend on your own efforts and engagement with the process.

10. Changes to Terms
  • Flourishing With Purpose  reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you by email.
