When you Purchase a Coaching Package, you may pay by credit card or debit card. By doing so, you give Peak Menopause Coaching, LLC ("PMC") permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card for payment. You will receive an electronic receipt following your Purchase, which you should retain for your records.  If a Payment Plan is selected, the client agrees that PMC will automatically charge their credit card on file for the agreed monthly amount.
If the client chooses to discontinue coaching before an existing package has been fulfilled, they must submit this request in writing to [email protected]. Client agrees to compensate PMC for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship. If a package of sessions is purchased with a one-time payment in full, refunds will be provided for any remaining sessions not yet fulfilled on a prorated basis at the discretion of PMC. No refunds will be given for services already provided. 
Please note that all purchased packages, regardless of duration, expire exactly one year from the date of purchase. 
If your payment method fails or is otherwise declined, you will be removed from, or canceled from having access to, our Coaching Services. Please note, in the event your payment method is declined at any time, you are still responsible for the full cost of your Purchase. 
We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will not be issued for coaching services already rendered or products already purchased. You hereby release us from any and all damages you may incur related to your payment or use of our payment processing companies and further agree not to assert any claims against us for any damages which arise from your Purchase or use of our Website and its Content.
