Nature of Services
John Culbertson provides tarot readings, astrology, numerology, and psychic development mentoring for personal growth, spiritual exploration, and educational support. These services include:
- Tarot Readings: Phone-based and email-based tarot readings offered as tools for clarity, reflection, and honest insight
- Mentoring: Structured, individualized guidance for intuitive, spiritual, psychic development and/or personal growth
All services are intended for spiritual guidance and personal exploration purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
Client Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions you take during and following a session. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, predictions, or results.
- Readings are based on professional interpretation of symbolic and spiritual frameworks
- Psychic development mentoring offers guidance and development support, not clinical intervention

4. Tarot & Spiritual Tools
Tarot, numerology, and astrology are used as frameworks for insight and reflection. They are not fortune-telling or guaranteed predictions. Free will and life circumstances always affect outcomes.
5. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to book a session. By booking, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Liability Release
By booking a session, you agree that John Culbertson is not liable for:
- How you choose to use or interpret information provided during sessions
- Any actions or decisions you take based on consultations
- Any outcomes or results following sessions
- Any emotional responses or personal reactions to session content
Confidentiality & Privacy
All sessions are confidential and private. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed except:
- When required by law
- When there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others
- With your explicit written permission
Recording Policy
John Culbertson does not record or take notes during sessions. You are welcome to record sessions on your end for personal use only, provided you ask permission before recording begins. Recordings may not be shared publicly or used for commercial purposes.
Booking & Scheduling Policies
Session Format: Phone sessions are conducted by phone only. Email readings are delivered to your inbox within 3 business days of purchase.
Scheduling: Phone sessions must be scheduled in advance through the Paperbell booking system. Appointment times are held for confirmed bookings only.
Preparation: Please be in a quiet, private space where you can speak freely during your scheduled session time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
24-Hour Notice Required: To reschedule or cancel a session, you must provide at least 24 hours advance notice. You can reschedule in your client portal.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled session without any notice, the full session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. The session will be counted as used.
Email Readings: Email reading purchases are non-refundable once your question has been submitted.
Emergency Exceptions: True emergencies (hospitalization, family emergency) will be considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Services are non-refundable once:
- A session has been conducted
- An email reading question has been submitted
- A package has been purchased (whether sessions have been used or not)
No Partial Refunds: Package purchases are non-refundable even if all sessions are not used within the expiration period.
Package Expiration Policy
All packages expire 12 months (one full year) from the date of purchase. Affected packages:
- 4 Session Tarot Package
- 6 Session Intensive
- Any other multi-session packages offered
No Extensions: Package expiration dates are firm and cannot be extended. Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited with no refund.
Scheduling Responsibility: It is your responsibility to schedule and use all sessions within the 12-month time frame.
Payment Terms
Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session or package purchase.
Accepted Methods: Payments are processed securely through Paperbell using credit card, debit card, or other payment methods available through the platform.
Currency: All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
Code of Conduct
Mutual Respect: Sessions are built on mutual respect. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Boundaries: Please respect professional boundaries. Services are limited to scheduled session times. Extended discussions outside of sessions require booking additional appointments.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, John Culbertson's total liability for any claims arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Modifications to Terms
John Culbertson reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Agreement & Acknowledgment
By making a payment and participating in a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. You further acknowledge that:
- You are 18 years or older
- Services are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological treatment
- You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
- You release John Culbertson from any legal claims related to services provided
