By booking a Discovery Call or purchasing coaching services from Emerging Hope, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Coaching Relationship
Emerging Hope provides faith-centered life coaching for personal growth, clarity, and intentional action. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, or crisis intervention. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being.

Scheduling & Attendance
Discovery Calls are 15 minutes. Coaching sessions are 50 minutes. All calls and coaching sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending their appointments. Rescheduling should be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may count as a completed session.

Packages & Payments
Coaching packages represent a commitment to the full package purchased. Payment plans are provided as a payment convenience and do not constitute pay-as-you-go coaching. All scheduled payments remain due according to the selected payment plan, even if you choose not to use all sessions. Payment plans are structured to be completed before the final session.

Refunds
Payments are non-refundable once coaching has begun. If you need to discontinue coaching, please contact Emerging Hope to discuss your circumstances.

Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are treated as private and confidential, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law, including situations involving an imminent risk of harm or other legal obligations.

Client Responsibility
You are responsible for actively participating in the coaching process and for seeking appropriate professional or emergency support when needed. Emerging Hope does not provide crisis services.

Agreement
By booking or purchasing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Emerging Hope reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Updated terms will apply to future purchases or bookings.
