These Terms of Service govern your use of the Holistic Roots Health Coaching LLC website and services.
By using this website, booking a service, or purchasing a coaching program, you agree to these terms.
Health Coaching Services
Holistic Roots Health Coaching LLC provides health coaching, nutrition and lifestyle education, behavior-change support, accountability, habit-development support, and general wellness education.
Health coaching is not medical care.
HRHC does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, change medication, prescribe medical treatment, provide psychotherapy, or replace care from a licensed healthcare professional.
Clients should contact an appropriate licensed healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, symptoms, medications, treatment decisions, or emergencies.
Client Responsibility
Coaching is collaborative. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, health choices, and medical care.
Results vary between individuals. HRHC does not guarantee specific health, weight-loss, laboratory, financial, or other outcomes.
Scheduling and Coaching
Specific coaching packages may include weekly coaching sessions, midweek accountability check-ins, educational resources, messaging support, or other services as described on the applicable package page.
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and following the cancellation or rescheduling terms associated with their package.
Payments
Prices and payment options are shown at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed through Paperbell, Stripe, or another approved payment processor.
Payment plans represent a financial commitment according to the terms presented at checkout.
HSA/FSA Payments
HSA/FSA cards are accepted where eligible.
Acceptance of an HSA/FSA card does not guarantee that a coaching service qualifies as a reimbursable medical expense under a client’s plan.
Clients are responsible for confirming eligibility, documentation requirements, and reimbursement rules with their HSA/FSA administrator.
Insurance
Holistic Roots Health Coaching LLC does not currently bill health insurance directly.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and payment-plan terms are governed by the specific coaching package or service purchased and the terms displayed during checkout.
Educational Information
Information provided through the website, coaching, social media, assessments, email, handouts, videos, or other educational materials is for educational and wellness purposes.
It should not be interpreted as medical diagnosis or individualized medical treatment.
Supplements
HRHC may provide general education about supplements, ingredients, evidence, precautions, and wellness uses.
Supplement information is educational and is not a prescription or guarantee of benefit.
Clients should consult an appropriate healthcare professional or pharmacist when medication interactions, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other clinical concerns are relevant.

They do not guarantee that another person will achieve the same results.
Intellectual Property
Website content, written materials, assessments, coaching resources, graphics, branding, and educational materials owned by HRHC may not be copied, reproduced, sold, republished, or distributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Holistic Roots Health Coaching LLC is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from misuse of educational information, failure to seek appropriate medical care, or decisions made independently by the user or client.
Third-Party Services
HRHC may use third-party services including Paperbell, Stripe, Google, and other technology providers.
HRHC is not responsible for the availability, security, policies, or actions of third-party platforms.
