By reserving a Private Wellness Consultation with Dr. Maricia Sherman, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payment & No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Cancellation
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule your consultation. With appropriate notice, your consultation may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Cancellations, rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. A new consultation fee will be required to reserve another appointment.

Cancellation by Dr. Sherman
In the event Dr. Sherman must cancel or reschedule your consultation due to illness, emergency, travel disruption, or another unforeseen circumstance, you will be given priority access to reschedule your consultation at no additional cost. If a mutually agreeable rescheduled time cannot be provided, the consultation fee will be refunded.

Late Arrival
Consultations begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the remaining time will be honored; however, the consultation cannot be extended and no credit or refund will be provided for missed time.

Scope of Services
Private Wellness Consultations and Strategic Wellness services are designed to provide emotional wellness guidance, personal strategy, faith-centered support when desired, and personal development. These services are not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency mental health services and are not intended to diagnose or treat mental health
conditions.

Confidentiality
Dr. Sherman is committed to maintaining the privacy and discretion of private client conversations, subject to applicable legal and professional requirements and any limitations outlined in your client agreement.

Private Retainer Availability
Completion of a Private Wellness Consultation does not guarantee acceptance or availability within Dr. Sherman's private retainer practice. If an ongoing relationship is recommended, you will receive a separate Private Client Invitation outlining the scope, investment, and terms of the proposed engagement.

Technology & Virtual Appointments
Clients are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and a private environment for virtual consultations. Technical difficulties on the client's side do not automatically qualify for a refund.
