The LaRayé Collective Terms and Conditions

• All purchases must be used within 1 year
• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment
• No-shows will not be credited or rescheduled
• New purchases of coaching sessions can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing and a refund requested. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee
• All communication regarding billing or appointments must be made via email
• All rescheduling must be done via Paperbell

• ALL Sales are FINAL
• All designs and files remain copyrighted by The LaRayé Collective and may not be reproduced or shared in any way

• Intellectual Property All materials, content, and resources provided during the challenge, including but not limited to the digital guidebook, recordings, tools, templates, and exercises, are the intellectual property of The LaRayé Collective (owned by Tinasha LaRayé). By participating in this challenge, you agree that you will not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any of the materials or content without express written permission from the creator. This includes sharing any resources in a commercial setting or using them to create your own products or services.
• Personal Use Only The content provided in the challenge is intended for your personal use only. You may not use the content, resources, or materials for commercial purposes, including but not limited to teaching, training, or reselling the information in any form.
• Non-Disclosure Agreement By signing up for this challenge, you agree to respect the confidentiality of fellow participants. Any personal stories, breakthroughs, or sensitive information shared in the community space or during live coaching sessions must not be shared or distributed outside the challenge group.
• No Guarantees This challenge is designed to help you clear energetic blockages and align with a more empowered version of yourself. While every effort is made to provide high-quality, transformational content, results may vary by individual. The LaRayé Collective makes no guarantees about specific outcomes, and participants are encouraged to engage fully in the process for the best results.
• Limitations of Liability By participating in this challenge, you agree that The LaRayé Collective and Tinasha LaRayé are not responsible for any direct or indirect harm, loss, or damages that may arise from your participation in the challenge or your use of the provided materials. Participants are encouraged to engage with the exercises and teachings at their own discretion and responsibility.
• Access to Materials Challenge recordings and materials will be available for 30 days following the end of the challenge. Participants are responsible for accessing and viewing any materials during this window. The LaRayé Collective reserves the right to modify or remove content at any time without notice.
• Code of Conduct We aim to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants. Disrespectful, harmful, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the challenge without notice or refund (if applicable).
• Termination of Access The LaRayé Collective reserves the right to revoke access to the challenge or any related materials at any time, should a participant violate these terms and conditions.

• Program Enrollment: Group coaching programs require full payment upon registration to secure your spot. If paying with a payment plan, all payments must be in good standing for admittance. Participation is confirmed once payment is completed.
• Confidentiality: All participants agree to respect the confidentiality of the group. Information shared within group sessions is private and should not be disclosed to individuals outside the group.
• Session Attendance: Group coaching sessions take place on a set schedule. If a session is missed, participants will have access to session recordings (if provided) but cannot reschedule or receive a one-on-one replacement session.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, minus a 5% transaction fee. No refunds will be granted once the program has started, except for medical or personal emergencies at the discretion of the Coach.
• Communication: All communication regarding billing or appointments must be made via email
• Missed Sessions: If a participant misses a session, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Session recordings will be available for review, as applicable.
• Cancellation by Coach: In the event of session cancellation by the Coach, the session will be rescheduled. If the entire program is canceled, participants will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining sessions.
• Participation Etiquette: Active participation is encouraged. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards the Coach or other participants will result in termination from the program without refund.
• Materials Usage: Any materials provided during the program (e.g., workbooks, guides) are for personal use only and should not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
• Session Recordings: Participants may access session recordings for personal use only. Recordings are not to be shared or distributed.
• Force Majeure: Neither the Coach nor participants will be held liable for disruptions or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as technical failures, natural disasters, or emergencies.
• Limitation of Liability: The Coach is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the group coaching program. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
• Termination of Participation: The Coach reserves the right to remove any participant from the program for violation of terms or inappropriate behavior. No refund will be provided in such cases.
