All Session fees are due prior to the scheduled appointment. Single sessions are nonrefundable. If a package is purchased and the client decides to cancel any further coaching sessions, they have the right to a full refund for any remaining sessions within 30 days of the first session date. If the cancellation request is after the 30-day refund window the remaining sessions are nonrefundable. However, the client may at any time delay any remaining coaching sessions for a later date providing they are within a year of the date of the first session.
