  1. Confidentiality: All sessions are conducted in a confidential and judgment-free environment. Information shared will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
  2. Session Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.
  4. Payment Policy: Payment for services is required upfront unless otherwise agreed. For subscription packages, payments are due at the start of the billing cycle.
  5. Refunds and Credits: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. For packages, unused sessions will not be refunded but may be credited toward future services at the provider’s discretion.
  6. Session Expiry: Single sessions or packages must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe. Unused sessions will expire after the period specified at purchase.
  7. Emergency Support: In the event of an emergency, please contact a licensed mental health or healthcare provider for immediate assistance. Lowe Insights does not provide crisis intervention or emergency services. If urgent support is needed related to our consulting services, emergency sessions may be scheduled based on availability and may incur additional charges if not included in a specific service package.
  8. Client Responsibility: Clients are expected to actively participate in the sessions and practice recommended strategies between appointments. Results depend on the client’s commitment and effort.
