- Your automatic monthly payment secures ongoing coaching access and dedicated time together.
- Sessions are designed to be used within the month; any unused sessions do not roll over unless we agree otherwise.

Assessment + Review (Individual or Marital)
- Your purchase includes one assessment with review—individual or marital.
- Sessions for assessments should be scheduled within the month of purchase to ensure timely support.

Appointments & Scheduling
- Life happens! You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Missed sessions (no-shows) cannot be credited or rescheduled, so we encourage scheduling thoughtfully.
- All communication about billing or appointments should be sent via email for clarity.
- Rescheduling is easy and done through the Client Portal. See FAQ’s for more details.
