Evol2Love provides coaching and complementary personal-development practices, which may include EFT Tapping, the Mind Movies Method, guided visualisation, mindfulness, Qigong-inspired practices, brainwave entrainment and reflective exercises.

These services are intended to support personal growth and wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment and do not replace professional advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

Evol2Love does not provide crisis or emergency support. If you require urgent assistance, please contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service in your location.

Evol2Love operates from South Australia, Australia.

Services are not currently offered to anyone residing in or participating from the United States of America or its territories and protectorates, unless Evol2Love has confirmed in writing before booking that appropriate professional insurance coverage has been arranged.

Clients outside Australia may be accepted only where the services fall within Evol2Love’s professional insurance coverage and applicable legal requirements.

You agree to provide your country of residence and physical location when requested and to notify Evol2Love if your location changes during the coaching relationship.

These Terms and the services provided by Evol2Love are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

Subject to any legal rights that cannot be excluded, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain responsible for your choices, actions, wellbeing and decisions arising from the sessions.

You are encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding any medical, psychological, financial or legal concerns. Please inform Evol2Love if a practice causes discomfort or if your circumstances change in a way that may affect your participation.

While Evol2Love is committed to supporting your growth, no particular outcome or result is guaranteed. Results vary according to individual circumstances, readiness, participation and follow-through.

Testimonials reflect the personal experiences of individual clients. They are not a guarantee that another client will experience the same or similar results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evol2Love is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation in coaching or use of the materials provided.

Any fees, payment arrangements, cancellation conditions or refund terms will be stated in the relevant package description, checkout page or coaching agreement. By booking a service, you agree to the conditions presented at the time of booking.

Your privacy is respected. Personal information you provide—including your name, contact details, booking information and information shared during coaching—is collected for the purpose of providing services, communicating with you and managing your client relationship.

Evol2Love does not sell your personal information. Third-party platforms such as Paperbell, Zoho, MailerLite, Google Workspace or Zoom may be used to process or store information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Information will be handled with reasonable care and confidentiality, subject to legal or safety-related disclosure obligations.

Unless otherwise stated, content provided through the Evol2Love website, coaching services and digital resources—including written materials, guided audio, videos, Mind Movies, worksheets and PDFs—is owned by or licensed to Evol2Love.

The content is provided for your personal use and must not be copied, recorded, sold, published, shared or redistributed without prior written permission.
