Terms and Conditions:
Many services are offered as packages and are created and sold as whole packages that cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in continuing services for a number of sessions, unused sessions due to quitting the program may not be eligible for refund, credit or transfer.

Suspending Services:
Is not possible after your program is in progress.

Payment Plans:
If any installment payment should default, the Client will have seven (10) days to rectify the situation. Any scheduled session(s) will be postponed until payment is received within the 10 days, all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited and full payment will apply. If a Client should default on any installment payment, the result may be cancellation of services and the Cancellation Policy will apply.

Responsibilities:
As your Coach/Yoga Instructor/Energy Healer/Guide, I will do everything possible to support you in achieving your own results and desired outcomes.

You are responsible for the cause of all changes in your life.

As your Coach/Yoga Instructor/Energy Healer/Guide, I will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options, and advice based on your own personal experience, imbalances, and appropriate information provided in sessions.

You are responsible for all decisions and courses of action.

You as Client, by agreeing to purchase or schedule services, acknowledge that the Coach/Yoga Instructor/Energy Healer/Guide is not your licensed investment advisor, real estate agent, accountant, finance, health or legal professional.

Scheduling:
All Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and your Coach/Yoga Instructor/Energy Healer/Guide. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled Session you are fully responsible for informing your Coach/Yoga Instructor/Energy Healer/Guide and arranging an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeit. No refunds, credits or transfers available for no-shows.

Agreement Section:
By entering into a Services Agreement either through signing a Contract Agreement or by paying any amount for services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
