- All purchases must be used within one (1) year of purchase.
- Clients are allowed to reschedule one (1) session per Program term with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session. Additional cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session. Missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited. They are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future sessions or program terms. No-shows will not be credited or rescheduled.
- All communication regarding billing or appointments must be made via email.
- All scheduling and rescheduling of sessions must be done via Paperbell.
- An inclusive listing of all terms and conditions will be provided in the Pinnacle Coaching Services Client Coaching Agreement as applicable.
