2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By engaging with us, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Payment Terms
All fees are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is required upfront or as per an agreed payment schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy (see Section 5).
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
  • Actively participate in coaching sessions.
  • Complete agreed-upon activities and assignments.
  • Understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on your commitment and application of coaching principles.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds for coaching services, courses, or products are not provided unless specified otherwise. Digital products and completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. For cancellations, please refer to Section 6.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited at the discretion of Renee Stribbell Coaching.
7. Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential, except as required by law (e.g., harm to self/others or legal obligations).
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided during coaching, including templates, tools, and resources, remains the intellectual property of Renee Stribbell Coaching. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell this material without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Renee Stribbell Coaching is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to business losses, missed opportunities, or personal outcomes. Our coaching services are provided on an "as-is" basis.
10. Governing Law
