1. Introduction

Welcome to Acts Church Enterprises LLC (ACE), doing business as PastorKristina.com. By booking, accessing, or participating in Pastoral Counseling or Christian Life Coaching services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not book or participate in services.

2. Nature of Services

ACE provides faith-based Pastoral Counseling and Christian Life Coaching services conducted virtually via Zoom.

These services are:

• Spiritually grounded
• Educational and growth-oriented
• Not clinical therapy
• Not medical treatment
• Not psychiatric care
• Not legal advice
• Not financial advice

Pastoral Counseling and Christian Life Coaching are not substitutes for licensed mental health treatment. ACE does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health disorders.

3. Emergency Disclaimer

ACE does not provide crisis intervention services.

If you are experiencing:

• Suicidal thoughts
• Thoughts of harming others
• Severe psychological distress
• Domestic violence
• Immediate safety concerns

You must contact emergency services immediately.

ACE is not liable for failure to seek emergency support.

4. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older unless participating in teen services with verified parental or legal guardian consent.

• A parent or legal guardian must consent in writing.
• Parents acknowledge confidentiality boundaries as outlined below.
• ACE reserves the right to notify guardians if safety concerns arise.

5. Confidentiality and Its Limits

Sessions are confidential except in the following circumstances:

• Risk of harm to self
• Risk of harm to others
• Suspected abuse or neglect
• Legal subpoena or court order
• Situations required by law

Parents of minors will receive general progress updates but not full session disclosures unless safety concerns arise.

6. Virtual Sessions and Technology

All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom or by phone, as agreed upon at the time of booking.

You are responsible for ensuring:

• A stable internet connection for Zoom sessions
• A reliable phone connection for phone sessions
• A quiet, private environment free from interruptions
• Appropriate equipment (camera, microphone, device, or phone)

ACE is not responsible for technical disruptions, connectivity failures, poor call quality, platform outages, or environmental interruptions on the client’s end.

If a session is significantly disrupted due to technical issues, reasonable efforts may be made to continue the session via alternate method (for example, switching from Zoom to phone).

Recording sessions by the client is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from ACE.

ACE reserves the right to discontinue a session if privacy cannot be reasonably maintained.

7. Payment and Fees

All sessions must be prepaid at time of booking.

Session Rates:
 • Individual 50-minute session: $125
 • Packages as listed on website

All payments are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Missed sessions
 • Early termination
 • Partial package use
 • Dissatisfaction
 • Schedule conflicts
 • Failure to complete assignments

Unused sessions in packages are non-refundable and must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action for recovery of fees.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

At least 24 hour notice is required to reschedule.

Failure to provide notice results in forfeiture of the session fee.

Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Personal growth requires effort, honesty, and implementation.

ACE provides guidance, structure, and tools. Results depend entirely on client participation and engagement.

No guarantees of specific outcomes are made or implied.

10. Code of Conduct

Clients must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.

ACE reserves the right to terminate sessions without refund for:

• Harassment
 • Abusive behavior
 • Threats
 • Inappropriate conduct
 • Disrespectful communication
 • Legal manipulation attempts

11. Parental Alienation & High-Conflict Situations

ACE provides emotional and spiritual support for clients navigating high-conflict family situations. ACE does not provide legal advice, custody recommendations, or court documentation unless otherwise contracted separately in writing.

Clients are responsible for seeking independent legal counsel when needed.

12. Marriage Definition

ACE provides premarital counseling based on a biblical definition of marriage as between one man and one woman.

Clients acknowledge and agree to this framework prior to booking premarital services.

13. Intellectual Property

All materials, teachings, workbooks, recordings, and session resources are intellectual property of ACE.

Distribution, reproduction, or sharing without written permission is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

By engaging services, you agree that:

• You are voluntarily participating.
 • You assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions.
 • ACE is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Acts Church Enterprises LLC from any claims resulting from your participation.

15. Termination of Services

ACE reserves the right to terminate services at any time if:

• It is determined the services are no longer appropriate.
 • Terms are violated.
 • Payment disputes arise.
 • Ethical boundaries are crossed.

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Any disputes shall be resolved in North Carolina.

17. Amendments

ACE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updates.
