Any Partnership agreements between Your Inner Coaching Inc and partners will follow specific details on such agreement(s) and therefore information provided here can be discarded.

Your Inner Why Coaching Inc. offers coaching services as described on the respective sales pages at the time of purchase. The specifics of each service, including session length, number, and delivery method (e.g., in-person, telephone, video conference), are detailed on our website.

Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the selected coaching services as outlined on our website. Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise specified. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Clients are responsible for scheduling their coaching sessions. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less notice may be forfeited. Late arrivals or no-shows will be subject to 50% hourly fee.

All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law. Your Inner Why Coaching Inc. is committed to maintaining the privacy of our clients.

Coaching services provided by Your Inner Why Coaching Inc. are not a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other qualified professionals. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that we are not licensed medical or healthcare providers and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. For issues requiring such expertise, please seek assistance from a licensed professional. 

Your Inner Why Coaching Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services purchased.

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Vancouver, BC, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Your Inner Why Coaching Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
