1. Nature of Services
Our services are coaching and mentorship–based, designed to provide guidance, encouragement, accountability, and personal growth support. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or behavior-analytic services. No diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention is provided.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Services
Coaching services are not a replacement for mental health therapy, medical care, or other licensed professional services. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, mental health concerns, or crisis situations, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified licensed professional or emergency services.

3. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Coaching is a collaborative process, but results are not guaranteed. Any insights, strategies, or suggestions offered are for educational and personal development purposes only.

4. Faith-Based Perspective
Our coaching may integrate faith-centered values, spiritual reflection, and biblical principles. Participation indicates your understanding and acceptance of this approach.

5. Communication & Availability
Support may include scheduled sessions, messaging, check-ins, or other agreed-upon communication methods. Response times are not immediate unless otherwise stated. Coaching does not include 24/7 crisis support.

6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching is treated with respect and discretion. While coaching is not legally privileged, we commit to maintaining confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

7. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms, packages, and pricing are outlined at the time of enrollment. All fees are due as agreed. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, worksheets, videos, and written content provided are the intellectual property of the coach and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

9. Boundaries & Respectful Conduct
Coaching is built on mutual respect. Inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful communication may result in termination of services without refund.

10. Termination of Services
Either party may discontinue coaching at any time. The coach reserves the right to terminate services if coaching is no longer appropriate, aligned, or beneficial.

11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the coach from any liability related to your decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching services.

12. Changes to Terms
Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Agreement
By enrolling in or participating in coaching services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
