1. Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are considered a used session.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late rescheduling is treated as a cancellation. 
3. Session Expiry
All sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed. 
4. Refund Policy
Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place. 
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking. Payment plans must be completed before the final session.
