Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process. It is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for licensed mental health care. As your coach, I do not diagnose, treat, or guarantee specific outcomes.
2. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential, unless required by law or with your written consent. Your safety, trust, and privacy are my priority.
3. Session Scheduling
All sessions are booked through Calendly and must be scheduled in advance.
- Please arrive on time.
- Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
4. Package Expiration
Each coaching package must be completed within the following timeframes:
- Clarity Kickstart – within 45 days of first session
- Clarity Expansion – within 60 days
- Elevation Series – within 90 days
Unused sessions beyond this timeframe may be forfeited unless previously arranged.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments are due in full at checkout; unless a payment plan is discussed prior.
- No refunds are given once coaching has begun.
- If you cancel before your first session, a partial refund may be considered at my discretion.
- Soul Strategy Sessions are non-refundable and must be paid upfront.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a lost session.
7. Client Responsibility
Coaching requires active participation. Your transformation depends on your openness, effort, and follow-through. I’ll provide the tools—you bring the commitment.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials shared, including workbooks, PDFs, templates, or tools, are the intellectual property of Elevate & Thrive Coaching. They are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed.
9. Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue coaching if the relationship is no longer aligned, or if boundaries or agreements are repeatedly violated.
