Thank you for choosing Dreams Realized 3D. These terms are designed to honor the container of trust, creativity, and mutual respect we’ll cultivate together.
 
1. Coaching Relationship
 
Creative coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal and artistic growth.
 
As your coach, I am here to support, guide, and challenge you—not to provide therapy, legal, medical, or financial advice.
 
Your commitment, openness, and willingness to engage are key to your transformation.

2. Confidentiality

Everything shared during sessions is held in confidence.

I will never share your personal information or creative content without your written permission, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

3. Scheduling & Sessions

Sessions are scheduled in advance and last 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Sessions are held;

Virtually (Zoom or phone)

In Office (Kalamazoo, MI)

Hybrid (Virtual and In Office)

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due in full before the first session or as agreed in a payment plan.

Coaching packages are non-refundable once sessions begin. If unforeseen circumstances arise, I will work with you to pause or reschedule sessions.

5. Commitment & Responsibility

Your results are directly related to your engagement and effort.

Coaching is not a “quick fix”—but a meaningful, evolving journey that requires your participation.

I will show up fully for you—and ask that you do the same for yourself.

6. Creative Ownership

Any ideas, stories, or projects you develop during coaching are 100% yours.

I may share general themes or successes anonymously for teaching or marketing purposes, but your personal content will never be disclosed without consent.

7. Boundaries & Communication

Support is available via email or text for brief check-ins between sessions.

I typically respond within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday).

Please honor communication boundaries and reserve detailed discussions for our sessions.

8. Ending or Pausing Coaching

Coaching packages are non-refundable once sessions begin.
 
You may end your coaching journey at any time with written notice.
 
If I feel coaching is no longer serving your best interest, I may suggest referral or closure with compassion and transparency.

By purchasing or booking coaching with Dreams Realized 3D, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
