By booking this coaching package, you agree to the terms of service outlined in this agreement. This agreement is valid from the start date of your first session.

Terms and Conditions: Juliet Kennington Coaching

1. The Coaching Relationship
The "Y.E.S. I’m Ready!" program is a collaborative, spirit-led journey. As your coach, I provide tools, biblical perspectives, and accountability. You, the client, are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or legal/financial advice.

2. Spiritual Foundation
This practice is rooted in Christian faith and Biblical principles. While we move through the 6-week journey, our sessions will include prayer, scripture, and alignment with God’s Word. By entering this agreement, you acknowledge and consent to this faith-based approach.

3. Commitments & Attendance
To move from "Unseen to Seen," consistency is vital.
  • Sessions: The program consists of [Number] sessions over 6 weeks.
  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited to honor the time set aside for your growth.
  • Punctuality: Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.

4. Investment and Refunds
Your investment represents a commitment to your divine assignment.
  • Payment: All fees must be paid [in full/according to the payment plan] prior to the start of the program.
  • Refund Policy: Because coaching involves dedicated time and proprietary resources, refunds are generally not provided once the program has commenced. However, if an emergency arises, we can discuss pausing or rescheduling your 6-week block.

5. Confidentiality
Your story is sacred. I maintain strict confidentiality regarding everything shared in our sessions, with the following legal exceptions:
  • If there is a clear intent to harm yourself or others.
  • If a court of law issues a court order for information.
  • If you provide written testimonial consent to share your breakthrough.

6. Intellectual Property
The Y.E.S. I’m Ready! framework, workbooks, and materials provided are for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
While I am dedicated to helping you "rightfully rise up," I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as transformation is a personal journey between you and God. You agree to hold Juliet Kennington harmless from any direct or indirect loss or liability resulting from the coaching relationship.
