All sessions must be completed within 3 months of booking.
Appointments may be cancelled/rescheduled up to 24 hours beforehand.
No-shows will not be refunded.
Cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel, a maximum of 50% of total fee can be refunded, depending on how many sessions have been completed.
